Project Brief

For the term project, you are required to research and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, its potential and its competitive position, over a stipulated period of time. Taking the research findings into account, you will develop a communications plan for the organisation to ensure its continued success and sustainability for growth and development.

You will need to use the Internet as well as library subscribed databases to identify the various elements for the analysis required for a comprehensive communication plan.
