This guide covers resources available mainly at NUS on Architecture and related subjects, and it is a selective list of starting points for scholarly materials. I hope you will explore and play around, like a curious kitten in the virtual library.

For a fun read of what the role of an architect is, I recommend the wonderful 'A is for Architect: the best of Hellman', published in 1975 but remain ever so relevant today.

A talk by Jan Uzton on being an architect

Utzon Lecture series 2010

See the inaugural lecture by Jan Utzon, leading architect and son of world-renowned Sydney Opera House designer Jorn Utzon, speaks about his father and their working partnership, as well as his vision for Sydney's most famous building.
