Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
Agency under the Ministry of National Development that develops and regulates Singapore's building and construction industry.
It has an education and research arm called BCA academythat provides training and research programmes for the indstry.

Housing Development Board
Besides information on public housing for owners etc, there's also information regarding building professionals here, and land developers/users here
Land Transport Authority
Contains information, in particular, on development, building, construction & utility works (e.g. architectural standards, crane operations on roads/public streets etc)
Ministry of Manpower
Of interest: work permit requirements pertaining to the construction industry and information on workplace safety & health (circulars and accredited agencies for crane/scaffold contractors etc)
National Environment Agency (NEA)
Agency that is "responsible for improving and sustaining a clean and green environment in Singapore", with relevant information on public health planning/controls for building professionals such as central building planning, mosquito control on construction sites and so on.
Professional Engineers Board
Agency under MND that registers and regulates the practice of professional engineering.

Singapore Land Authority (SLA)
Agency under MinLaw that focuses on land resource optimisation and is also the national land registration authority.

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)
Agency under MND that is in charge of land use planning and conservation. Contains plans/maps on land use and in particular, conservation guidelines for conserved buildings etc.
