Papers

A group of papers that mostly focus on determinants of housing prices in Singapore. Some focus on private property market, others on public HDB housing. Generally but not always the Hedonic pricing method (or variants) is used. Variables used include distance from MRT/bus interchange, distance from CBD, within 1-2 km of good schools, presence of shopping center, floor level, floor size, flat upgrading, opposition vs government held wards etc.
