Emily Koh is a young composer of contemporary classical music. A recipient of numerous awards, grants and scholarships from various institutions and organizations, Emily’s music has seen performances by ensembles such as SIGNAL Ensemble (USA), ThingNY (USA), Asian Festival Ensemble (S. Korea), The Philharmonic Orchestra (Singapore), Next Mushroom Project (Japan), Arts Sphere Chamber Ensemble (Singapore), Singapore Lyric Opera (Singapore), NUS Symphony Orchestra (Singapore), and the Conservatory New Music Ensemble amongst others, and have been heard at various venues in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
