Chinese Clan associations are important nodes in the network of relationships amongst Chinese communities in Singapore. Many Associations were formed to assist early Chinese immigrants since the early 19th century, playing significant roles in the nation’s development and the identities of the communities they serve. This project maps out the distribution of Chinese Clan Associations on a web Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platform. An interactive interface allows users to visualise geographic patterns of dialect clan associations, establishment of clan associations over time, membership sizes of clan associations as well as view indexes of clan associations sorted by kinship, locality, name (Hanyu Pinyin) or year established.

本目录收录课本共1200多种。目录上限年代为二十世纪初期，下限以1987年新加坡四大语言源流合并统一为止。内容以二十世纪三十年代至七十年代在新马地区使用过的华校课本为 主，少数为泰国、印尼、菲律宾、柬埔寨等东南亚国家华校所使用过的课本，包括华文、历史、地理、数学、物理、化学、公民、佛学、写作、尺牍等各科目。

This work, by Geoff Wade, identifies all of 3000+ references to Southeast Asia contained within the Ming Dynasty reign annals, and provides them to readers in English-language translation. The database is indexed for place- and personal names. In addition to the more obvious polities of maritime and mainland Southeast Asia, the database also includes references to many Yunnan Tai polities that have since been incorporated within the Chinese state. This unique reference is a project of the Asia Research Institute and The Singapore E-Press, both of National University of Singapore.

This databaase is a full-text image database providing access to selected academic and professional journals, both in English and Chinese, published in Hong Kong. Titles included in this database cover a wide range of disciplines including law, medicine and education. The University of Hong Kong Libraries, with a rich collection of Hong Kong journals, developed this database with the objectives of facilitating efficient information retrieval and preserving archival materials. Issues included in this database vary from journal to journal with the earliest going back to 1872. Currently, more than 491,290 images from over 60 titles will be accessible on the database.

The Children's Paradise, which had accompanied children across several generations, was a popular magazine for children in Hong Kong. It was the first full-colour children's magazine published in the territory. The National Library of China (NLC) houses an impressive array of collections, particularly the collection of ancient and rare Chinese books. The "Ancient Chinese Book Resources from the National Library of China" showcases part of the digitised ancient Chinese books collection in NLC, including "Epigraphic and Pictorial Rubbings", "New Year Pictures" and "Gazetteers", etc. Part of the resources have been uploaded onto the Multimedia Information System of the Hong Kong Public Libraries to enhance the public's understanding of ancient books and enable them to better appreciate the charm and richness of Chinese culture.

Chung Sai Yat Po was published in San Francisco from Feb. 1900 to 1951. It has a long publishing history and almost all its issues survived. In a pilot study sponsored by the Librarians Association of the University of California (LAUC), five years worth of Chung Sai Yat Po (1900-1904) was digitized.

The Chinese Text Project is an online open-access digital library that makes pre-modern Chinese texts available to readers and researchers all around the world. The Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies has been a source of world-leading research on China and East Asia for 60 years. Please see below for the Center’s current research, which spans eras, borders, and disciplines.

The China Biographical Database is a freely accessible relational database with biographical information about approximately 491,000 individuals as of May 2021, primarily from the 7th through 19th centuries. With both online and offline versions, the data is meant to be useful for statistical, social network, and spatial analysis as well as serving as a kind of biographical reference. The image below shows the spatial distribution of a cross dynastic subset of 190,000 people in CBDB by basic affiliations (籍貫).

The long term goal of CBDB is systematically to include all significant biographical material from China’s historical record and to make the contents available free of charge, without restriction, for academic use. That data is regularly being enriched and new biographical entries are being created for Tang, Five Dynasties, Liao, Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing figures.

CBDB originates with the work of Robert M. Hartwell (1932–1996). Professor Hartwell bequeathed his estate, including the first version of this database, to the Harvard-Yenching Institute which ceded its ownership.

The ERC-funded ENEP-CHINA project proposes a step-change in the study of modern China reliant upon scalable data-rich history. It will deliver precise historical information at an unprecedented scale from heretofore untapped sources – as well as reshaping the analysis of existing sources – to create a new dimension in the study of the transformation of elites in modern China. It will deploy an array of cutting-edge digital methods— including data mining, sampling, and analysis within an integrated virtual research environment. To establish the validity of this approach, the project focuses on the three urban areas (Shanghai, Beijing/Tianjin, Canton/Hong Kong) that had the most profound impact on the course of modern Chinese history. The project will challenge the China-centered and group-based approach dominant in the historical literature of the past two decades. The project envisions elites in urban China as actors whose status, position, and practices were shaped by the power configurations that developed over time and whose actions through institutions and informal/formal networks in turn were a determining factor in redrawing social and political boundaries. The project will place the emphasis on the networks through which information, capital, and individuals circulated. It will investigate the transnationalization of elites as a process that overstepped the limits of institutions and nation states. The key issue that the project will address is breaking through existing limits of access to historical information that is embedded in complex sources and its transformation into refined, re-usable and sustainable data for contemporary and future study of modern China.

This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No 788476).

台湾行政院於民国98年8月核定「数位出版产业发展策略及行动计画」，积极推动我国数位产业发展。该计画实施要项之一为推动10万本华文电子书进入市场之补助发行数位出版品行动计画，规划由新闻局补助出版社出版电子书，并送存国家图书馆永久典藏。

为落实出版品法定送存及配合此项行动计画之推动，国家图书馆建立「电子书刊送存阅览服务」，接受出版社、政府机关、学校、个人等各界申请数位出版品国际标准号码及送存，并予以组织管理，提供各界查询及阅览利用。

台湾国立政治大学图书馆暨社会科学资料中心建置之资料库，收录中正图书馆特藏室典藏民国38年以前重要剪报资料之数位影像内容。 资料类型以新闻资料、史料为主，收录年代约为1930-1949年间，共计139,558则标题，165,804页资料，是中国大陆地区对日抗战时间的重要新闻资讯。

涵盖特色馆藏，其中包括：
东南亚资料其地理范围除现今的东南亚各国外，尚包括印度、濠洲（今之澳洲）、纽西兰及太平洋诸岛屿，内容多为产业资源调查及南洋诸国之史地概论，是台北帝大在南方研究之重要资料来源与成果展现。其中曾于马尼拉任教的德国语言学者Otto Scheerer之藏书，多为有关菲律宾各种方言、史地以及民族学的文献书籍，尤具特色。

此站收录台湾在日治时期出版的图书、报纸，资源来源于台湾总督府图书馆、南方资料馆、台湾省图书馆购藏帝大教授的藏书等。公开查询、浏览，查看全文需申请。

游方是僧人修行生活的重要构成，在中国历代僧人传记中，可以观察到僧人常因寻师访道、召请、弘通等因素而云游四方，从而取得宣扬佛法、著述立说、或者整理佛典的成果，展现「常贵游化，不乐专守」的实践意义，对于佛教传播、教派建设乃至各国文化交流，都有深远影响。

本站由中央研究院中国文哲所「滴水空明」数位人文空间所建置，为科技部（今国家科学及技术委员会）专题研究计画「游方：历代僧传僧人出行叙述之自动标记与事件撷取技术暨时空资讯加值运用」的部分研究成果，并接受国家科学及技术委员会「台湾人文社会的价值基础：多元性与价值冲突的反思与研究」专案的补助。从历代僧传与相关文献中，撷取僧人游方的叙述，整理出游方动机、游方结果、游方路线等资讯，以「事件」与「地图」两种数位阅读方法，多元探索游方活动在僧人生命史及不同时空条件的差异变化，与政治、社会、文化互动之关系，并提供资料库检索与主题研究，以飨学界人士和大众读者。

此站由东京大学东洋文化研究所设立，收录原东方文化学院藏书、大木文库、仓石文库等，总数量有十万本，且其中包含相当多的孤本、善本。公开使用。

此站由日本国立情报学研究所设立，收录探险、考古等相关古籍203册，公开使用。

此站收录长泽规矩也先生所藏的中国明清时代小说类古书3000册，含许多孤本、珍本。现有3365条记录，有全文影像。公开使用。

「文艺季刊」为越南各少数民族委会属下华文文学会刊物，前身为「越华文学艺术」不定期，1997年创刊，编辑组西贡解放日报中文版副总编辑陆进义、西贡解 放日报中文版文艺版编辑敬业、余问耕，出版二十几期后因经费无着停刊。无稿费，赠送当期。「文艺季刊」2012年创刊，十六开本，连封面54页，审定陈团 林、顾问黄璇玑（学明、明田）、主编刘为安、副主编施汉威、李思达、执行编辑林小东、编委雪萍、蔡忠、绿茵、谭玉琼等。发稿费，赠送当期一册。内容分诗创 作、散文集、小小说、学生篇等辑，部分为大陆及各国中文作家作品。无评论。
