Gives the characteristics of private households which had shifted house between 1991 and 1995 by type of dwelling, sex, age group, educational qualification, occupation group of the head of the household.
Based on the Sample Household Surveys 1998. It contains statistics on house types moving patterns of Singaporeans.
It also includes statistics on Singaporeans' housing aspirations (ex. expectations of house types) and living arrangements when married.
Based on HDB's 1998 sample houslehold survey, it includes data on location of nearest married child, main childcare provider, number of neighbours known, types of help received from neighbours.
The Survey was conducted once every five years and highlights the key findings of the survey. There were a total of 10 surveys, the latest having been conducted in 2013.
