Includes principle statistics, selected averages, number of establishments, employment, operating receipts, expenditure and fixed assets of real estate developers, real estate agents and real estate management, maintenance and housing development.

Gives an overview of the construction industry and the structure of the construction industry in 1996. With gross income and expenditure components for small, medium and large contractors, including foreign and local contractors.

Contains commercial property price indices for office and shop space. Gives the demand and supply of commercial space in the private and public sector, Includes number of hotel rooms. Also has demand and supply of commercial properties in the pipeline.

Gives value of contracts awarded, value of progress payments and demand, supply and average prices of basic construction materials. Includes daily wages of construction workers, building materials price index, construction cost indices, tender price index and unit rates for various construction work. After April 1999, it is published by the Building and Construction Authority.

Surveys the staff strength in various professions relating to the construction industry, with staff shortfall and renumeration. Also gives the foreign component in the staff employed in the industry.

Give monthly data for demand for construction materials, average construction material prices, value of contracts awarded and material price indices. Published by Construction Industry Development Board before April 1999.
